Golf Instruction – Front Hip Rotation & Ball Position

Become a Member http://duplessisgolf.com/ The golf swing does not unwind around the spine, it unwinds around the front hip socket. My method uses the Large Muscles to trap the ball using the body rotation. The bottom of the swing arc, centers around this rotation and that is about where the front hip is. That is where we can turn athletically and trap the ball consistently. You can find this spot easily when you learn to turn to trap the ball vs. hit at it throwing the club head. FYI… you do not release the club head into the ball or the ball will go left. Just keep the shaft in line with the front arm through impact and rotate left with your body turn. FYI-2… do not roll the face open in the backswing, keep it square (see my square club face video).
